02. Is this replacing an old sign?
03. What type of business is this for?
If yes, it might be a quick swap. If not, it signals a new
space or renovation—and a chance to add additional
signage needs. The Nile was a new build, which meant
everything was on the table: lobby signage, directional
signs, restroom markers, even custom room numbers.
Always ask, “Is this a new location or an update?”
It’ll open the door to deeper conversation—and more
opportunities.
A luxury resort like The Nile needs signage that reflects
its upscale branding and offers practical guidance
throughout a sprawling property. A daycare, grocery
store, or apartment building would need something
very different—but just as comprehensive. Knowing
the business type lets you recommend sign types they
might not have thought about yet: monument signs,
blade signs, parking lot signs, safety and compliance
signage, and more. And, don’t forget to ask about
multiple locations or buildings.
