UV Testing
We utilize the Xenon Weatherometer to simulate prolonged
UV exposure. This equipment utilizes a high watt Xenon Arc
bulb that has the destructive capability of direct sunlight,
in addition to cycles of humidity and darkness to represent
the overall environment of one year in just 2,350 hours. We
follow the J1960 automotive test standard that employs the
cyclical humidity and temperature features of this machine.
Corrosion Testing
We utilize the Advanced Cyclic Corrosion
Exposure System on our test materials. This
rigorous process includes salt fog, moisture,
and heat cycles to simulate long-term environmental exposure in the harshest climates.
