GUARANTEED GROUND FREIGHT*
Gemini’s Guaranteed Ground Freight schedule is a one-rate freight charge that includes all
freight and handling for a single order shipped within Canada. Please ask a customer service
representative if you have any questions.
Gemini has regular scheduled pick-ups with UPS, Canpar and Purolator. An additional day will be
added to the delivery date when a different carrier pick-up is requested due to their requiring a
one day advance notice prior to shipment.
If you decide not to use Gemini’s Guaranteed Ground Freight, your own UPS, Canpar or Purolator
account will be used for all shipments.

Packaging
Several items in the catalog are noted to be oversized. These items may require special packaging or incur
oversize surcharges when shipped via UPS or via truck. Special truck freight requirements, such as lift
gates, may also incur additional freight surcharges above the guaranteed ground freight rates. Oversize
charges will be provided on your quote or order for reference should they apply.
